- You’ll work from home some of the time, but you’ll also spend twice a week working from our London office
- This role will be available for a period of 12 months
As a Digital Experience Lead, Content, you’ll be responsible for defining the experience strategy and vision for specific digital feature topics using OKRs to drive measurable impact. You’ll provide product and experience leadership, supporting delivery professionals and maintaining oversight across all initiatives in this space.
You’ll also be responsible for the everyday digital product management for the digital features in these topic areas, working collaboratively with the business and technology teams who use, support or benefit from them.
Day-to-day, you’ll be:
- Defining the strategy and vision for specific areas of Coutts digital experience, influencing and negotiating with senior stakeholders
- Developing an intimate understanding of your feature area and ensure that product documentation is up to date
- Continuously refining the digital product backlog to support future increments, reshaping the vision and developing the business case for upcoming work
- Building and maintaining close working relationships across the business, to ensure the right subject matter experts and decision makers are bought to the table when needed
- Working closely with material risk takers and risk colleagues to make sure that risks are properly identified and managed
- Supporting with management and leadership of assigned UX and UI designers
To succeed in this role, you’ll need a track record in digital product, and experience strategy improvement and delivery. You’ll be a trusted digital experience adviser in the Wealth business, a great storyteller who champions Coutts clientele, brings relevant industry knowledge to conversations, uses data and insight effectively, and presents clear and compelling options with a recommendation.
We also expect:
- The ability to build and maintain strong and effective relationships with key stakeholders
- A strong understanding of budget management, commercial and planning experience
- A strong understanding of digital design and dervice design
- Experience leading, motivating, and coaching individuals and teams
