Job Summary
We are looking for a highly motivated fresher with a strong interest in Digital Twin development and predictive modeling. The selected candidate will be deputed to the University of Hyderabad and will work closely with our engineering team to build, validate, and integrate Digital Twin models using ANSYS Reduced Order Models (ROMs). This role is ideal for a candidate. Who is curious, hands-on, and eager to learn advanced simulation, AI-assisted modeling, and real-world engineering workflows.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the development of Digital Twins for prediction and system behavior analysis.
- Work with ANSYS simulation data (CFD / thermal / multi physics) to generate Reduced Order Models (ROMs).
- Perform data preprocessing, normalization, and validation for ROM training.
- Support ROM integration workflows for real-time or near- real-time predictions.
- Execute and compare simulation vs prediction results.
- Document modeling steps, assumptions, and results.
- Collaborate with mentors and university researchers on implementation at premises.
- Continuously learn and apply new tools related to simulation, data-driven modeling, and Digital Engineering.
Requirements
Education:
B.E / B.Tech / M.Tech / M.Sc
- Mechanical / Aerospace / Chemical / Electrical / Mechatronics / Applied Physics
- Computational or simulation-oriented branches preferred
Required skills:
- Basics of CFD / FEA / Multi physics
- Interest in Digital Twins, AI/ML, or predictive models
- Exposure to ANSYS tools (Fluent, Mechanical, Twin Builder – academic exposure is sufficient)
- Basic knowledge of Python (preferred, not mandatory)
Skills Required
