We are seeking a highly experienced and visionary Digital Engagement Platforms Architect to lead the architectural strategy and technical oversight of our global digital platforms. This role is critical in ensuring seamless integration, scalability, and security across our ecosystem, which includes web platforms, mobile applications, commerce, PIM, and social media technologies.

Your Key Responsibilities
Your responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Own the end-to-end architecture of digital engagement platforms, including Drupal (backend), NextJS (frontend), Salesforce Commerce, Stibo PIM, VoltMX, and social media integrations.
Act as the Single Point of Contact (SPOC) for architecture discussions with internal stakeholders (Security, Enterprise Architecture, Integration teams).
Design and govern integration patterns across platforms to ensure data consistency, performance, and security.
Ensure compliance with internal and external security standards and regulatory requirements.
Collaborate with hosting providers (e.g., Amazee.io) and internal teams to optimize infrastructure and CI/CD pipelines.
Define and enforce architectural standards, documentation, and best practices across teams.
Evaluate emerging technologies and propose scalable solutions to support future business needs.
Partner with product owners and developers to ensure alignment with business objectives.
KPI: Delivery of secure, scalable, and integrated digital platforms aligned with enterprise architecture standards.
What You’ll Bring to the Role
Essential Requirements:
Bachelor’s/master’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field.
8+ years of experience in digital platform architecture within a global enterprise setting.
Deep understanding of decoupled web architectures (Drupal, NextJS) and SaaS hosting platforms (Amazee.io, Acquia).
Hands-on experience with Salesforce Commerce, Stibo PIM, and mobile platforms like VoltMX.
Expertise in API design, microservices, and integration frameworks.
Familiarity with DevOps practices and cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure).
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to work in agile, product-centric environments.
Languages: English (mandatory).
Essential Skills: Strong problem-solving, technical leadership, and collaboration abilities.
Desirable Requirements:
Experience in regulated industries (pharma, healthcare).
Knowledge of data privacy and compliance standards (GDPR, HIPAA).
