JAPAC Business Solutions is part of the JAPAC Business Operations team. The primary focus is on enhancing business processes and driving sales operational excellence across the JAPAC region. The team is involved in:
· Optimizing CRM with IT for Sales & Marketing team
· Ensuring Data are correctly input in the CRM for Analytics
· Data Maintenance for portal usage
We are looking for an intern to support our initiatives around Customer Relationship Management (CRM) Data Management & Dealer Portal Support. You will be part of a regional Commercial Operations team, whose charter is to devise and execute initiatives (CRM being one of it) in support of the organization's commercial aspirations. Your success will help the organization leverage on CRM in reaching out to more patients via Doctors and Dealers.
How you will make an impact:
- Cleanse and upload data into CRM
- Maintain important data structure to ensure data is flowed into Analytics
- Support Dealer Portal website in term of access & data
- Troubleshoot CRM & Dealer Portal in an event of an error or inaccurate data
- Work with Product Owners at the beginning phase of projects management to acquire Business Requirements
- Work with IT to design a solution for the Change Requests
- Negotiate with Business & IT on Requirements and its Solutions
What you'll need (Required):
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Information Technology, Communications
- Available for the duration of the internship period (6 months)

- Our tool of choice: Excel. Experience in Salesforce & Salesforce Data Loader will be a bonus.
- Like all tools, they come with limitations, you will have to be creative and look outside the box for solutions and workarounds.
- You will be required to devise calculations and logic to arrive at data that are not readily available.
- You will be communicating, negotiating and discussing requirements and solutions on a regular basis.
