Our eB2B organization is defining the future of how we deliver outstanding customer experiences – reinventing how we win in our core business while also building transformational capabilities for the future. We are looking for a Digital Product Associate who will own an individual product area that will drive value for our eB2B platform customers and partners.
How You Will Make an Impact:

Collaborate to develop a compelling product vision and roadmap for your product area.

Communicate with external stakeholders to gain alignment on product vision, roadmap, customer needs, and priorities.

Drive feature definition, prioritization, and development efforts across technical and design teams

Leverage data and insights to deeply understand the evolving needs of our customers and develop innovative solutions.

Identify and track product KPIs and set targets to measure the performance of features you introduce to understand how they contribute to the overall success of your product and the broader group objectives and goals.
About You:

A product manager with a data-driven product development background and a genuine interest in building products and solving problems.

Understands how to tie product features to business outcomes, and adjust priorities based on product performance.

Act with an ownership mentality for your work and ship quality products that deliver results.

A strong product thinker with a continuous improvement mindset

Ability to effectively communicate with both business and technical stakeholders.

Comfortable driving a cross-functional team to effectively influence and facilitate decision-making to keep product area on track.

Scrappiness, autonomy, and creativity allow you to thrive in fast-moving and ambiguous environments.
Qualifications & Requirements:
-
Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or related field

1-2+ years of product management experience building products, ideally within B2B or B2C space
-
Working knowledge in agile development process through a full product lifecycle, integrating customer feedback into product requirements, driving prioritization, and pre/post-launch execution
-
Experience working with third-party developers and designers as part of the product delivery model.

Pay Range:
$116,000 - $138,000
