About the Role
We aren’t just looking for an office assistant; we’re looking for a Workflow Specialist. In this role, you are the engine of the office, bridging the gap between physical logistics and digital efficiency. From managing high-volume document scanning and secure mail tech to curating a 5-star hospitality experience for our clients, you ensure that our workplace operates at peak performance.
What You’ll Do:
- The Digital & Logistics Lead: You’ll master our chain-of-custody software, managing high-stakes inbound/outbound shipping, professional scanning projects, and mail distribution.
- Tech Fleet Commander: You are the go-to for our Multi-Function Devices (MFDs). You’ll ensure our copy and print tech is fully functional, stocked, and ready for the next big project.
- Workspace Architect: You’ll oversee the "Business Service Center," keeping supply levels sharp and organizing meeting spaces that make our teams look like rockstars.
- Hospitality Pro: Whether you’re backing up the Concierge desk or managing a high-end barista station and pantry, you bring a 5-star service attitude to every interaction.
- The Problem Solver: You’ll tackle everything from light facility maintenance to coordinating desk moves and submitting facility work orders.

- Detail-Obsessed: You notice when a supply shelf is messy or a printer is low on toner before anyone else does.

The Requirements
- Education: High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Experience: 1+ years in a professional setting (Office Services, Retail, or Hospitality).
- Communication: High-level verbal and written English skills.
- Reliability: A commitment to assigned hours and a professional, polished image.
- Travel: None or Negligible
