The Role
Job Description
The Operations Leader for DDS, serving as the Site Lead for Buenos Aires, is responsible for overseeing and optimizing daily operations at the Buenos Aires site, driving process improvements, ensuring compliance, and leading a high-performing team. This role requires strong leadership, stakeholder management, and a focus on continuous improvement and automation, while representing the site in regional and global forums.
As an experienced operations leader, you will:
  • Drive the multi-faceted organization in delivering the digital document services to the customers and help deploy and maintain their services.
  • Collaborate closely with client facing teams to fulfill customer needs and help protect their data/content to meet regulatory requirements.
  • Implement a common operating model for the end-to-end lifecycle of client documentation across the wholesale franchise inclusive of people, process, and technology, while continuing to support our business partners/ stakeholders and meeting regulatory demands.
  • Identify new opportunities and trends within document digitization by gathering feedback across our client base, prospect pipeline and industry relationships; drive recommendations that address the most impactful opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Site Leadership:
    Act as the primary leader for the Buenos Aires DDS site, fostering a positive work environment and representing the site in regional and global meetings.
  2. Lead Regional Operations:
    Manage DDS operations for the Buenos Aires site, ensuring consistent service delivery and performance aligned with global standards.
  3. Stakeholder Management:
    Serve as the main contact for internal and external stakeholders at the site, building strong relationships and facilitating effective communication.
  4. Process Improvement & Automation:
    Partner with stakeholders and colleagues across operations, product and technology to enhance and streamline processes, implement Doc AI solutions, and drive transformation.
  5. Quality Assurance & Compliance:
    Ensure all operational activities at the site adhere to regulatory, policy, and quality standards through regular monitoring and audits.
  6. Cross-Functional Collaboration:
    Collaborate with Payments, WKO, Transformation, and other support teams to align DDS operations with organizational objectives.
  7. Performance Monitoring & Reporting:
    Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) for the Buenos Aires site, preparing reports and recommendations for senior management.
  8. Change Management:
    Lead change initiatives at the site, including technology adoption and process redesign, to enhance operational efficiency.
  9. Resource & Capacity Planning:
    Oversee staffing, training, and workload distribution at the site to maintain optimal team performance.
  10. Risk Management:
    Identify and mitigate operational risks at the site, ensuring business continuity and compliance.
  11. Continuous Learning & Development:
    Promote a culture of continuous improvement and professional growth within the Buenos Aires DDS team.
