Your responsibilities in our Traineeship Program:- You will be accountable for supporting, simplifying and assisting in executing strategies within the team or organization.
- Work on corporate digital systems and infrastructure.
- Participate in the development and implementation of new ideas, techniques, procedures, services or products under guidance.
- Work with P&G cross-functional team to digitize and transform business processes.
- Coordination and support of ongoing digital projects. The digital solutions we build help efficiently enable high-quality collaboration, analyze data to deliver business insights, allow our automated manufacturing plants to operate robustly, ensure cybersecurity, and more.
- All of our positions are entry-level management roles. With the development of your outstanding operational and leadership skills, we can provide dynamic advancement opportunities.
Job Qualifications
We are looking for you if YOU:- are a student in your last year of engineering, technical management, or any STEM field (BSc/MSc studies or undivided studies), or you graduated within the last 12 months. Preferred degrees include Computer Science, IT, Automation, and Management/Business Information Systems, with a major in Computer Sciences or a similar field.
- are available for 24-40 hours/week
- have strong leadership and excellent communication skills
- have good problem-solving skills, systems approach, process orientation, analytical thinking, initiative, flexibility
- like to work in a team, but at the same time willing to work independently
- are open and motivated to acquire new knowledge as an engineer and manager
- use Microsoft O365 tools at a professional level (PowerBI, PowerAutomate knowledge is strong advantage)
- have English and Hungarian language skills are at a level capable of communication, both in writing and oral
- software development skills
