RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop interactive, user-centric digital experiences, ensuring seamless integration of design and technology.
- Collaborate closely with UX designers, project managers, and other developers to deliver design-driven business solutions.
- Implement best practices in coding and development to ensure high performance, scalability, and maintainability of digital products.
- Participate in the creation of wireframes, prototypes, and user flows, providing technical insights and feedback.
- Stay updated with emerging technologies and trends in web development and UX design.
- Conduct code reviews and provide feedback to ensure code quality and adherence to best practices.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, ensuring a smooth user experience.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of development processes and workflows.
- Communicate technical concepts and solutions clearly and effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Foster a positive and collaborative team culture, ensuring alignment with the company’s values and vision.

REQUIREMENTS
- 2-3 years of experience in web development or a related field, with a portfolio of relevant work samples.
- Experience with WP and its ecosystem
- Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and other relevant web development technologies.
- Experience with modern frameworks and libraries such as React, Angular, or Vue.js.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- A passion for continuous learning and professional development.
- Familiarity with UX design principles and the ability to collaborate effectively with designers.
- Experience with version control systems such as Git, including branching flow and CLI commands.
- A growth mindset for both personal and professional development.
- Ability to work collaboratively with UX Designers, Project Managers, and other Developers.
- Good communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate technical concepts to stakeholders.
- Proficiency in spoken and written English.
- Experience in 3D experience development (ThreeJS, Unity, etc.). • Familiarity with multimedia and interactive products.
- Knowledge of Single Page Application (SPA) concepts, Server-Side Rendering (SSR), and Jamstack.
- Experience with advanced animation techniques (CSS, SVG, Springs, Canvas, etc.).
- Knowledge of design tools such as Sketch or Figma. • Familiarity with project management tools like Jira or Trello.
- Creativity and a strong attention to detail.
