About the Role

We’re looking for a designer to join the Marketing Design Team, who sees digital design as both a creative craft and a problem-solving discipline. This role is ideal for someone with strong visual design skills who is passionate about creating engaging digital experiences that deliver value for users and the brand.


As a Digital Designer, you'll play a key role in how millions of families experience the Qustodio brand. You'll create and evolve high-impact designs across multiple touchpoints including websites, landing pages, CRM communications, email marketing, social media, paid campaigns, presentations and brand initiatives. Whether designing a landing page, an email journey or a campaign, you’ll think critically about how design communicates value, drives meaningful engagement and helps families navigate complex topics. You are naturally curious about digital best practices, someone who brings fresh ideas and helps elevate the quality of the brand design throughout the company.


You’ll work closely with Marketing, Product, UX, Content and Development teams. As part of a small design team, you’ll be expected to take ownership of your work, contribute to team brainstormings and deliver thoughtful, detail-oriented design solutions.


What You’ll Do

  • Design high-quality digital assets across the website, landing pages, emails, CRM journeys, social media, paid campaigns and brand communications.
  • Translate brand strategy and commercial priorities into thoughtful, user-centred design solutions.
  • Create responsive experiences across desktop and mobile environments.
  • Work within and contribute to Qustodio's design systems, ensuring consistency, scalability and efficiency.
  • Present and communicate design decisions clearly, connecting creative choices to user and business goals.
  • Ensure all deliverables meet brand, accessibility and quality standards before implementation.
  • Understand project goals, user needs, technical constraints and implementation requirements to create effective, scalable and maintainable designs.
  • Contribute to the evolution of brand guidelines, design processes, systems and team workflows, identifying opportunities to improve quality and efficiency across the design team.
  • Stay informed about digital trends, emerging technologies and industry best practices.


What you’ll bring to the team:

Experience & Expertise:

  • Fluent in English (required). Spanish is highly valued.
  • Experience 5+ years in Digital Design, Brand Design, Visual Design or similar roles.
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating high-quality digital work across multiple channels and formats, showcasing the creative process from concept/problem definition to final solution, including design rationale and execution.
  • Extensive experience designing for websites, landing pages, email marketing, social media and other digital touchpoints, with a strong understanding of responsive design, conversion-focused design and cross-platform experiences.
  • Excellent visual design skills, including typography, hierarchy, layout, composition, colour and visual storytelling.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to quality.
  • Experience working with brand systems, design systems and component- based digital ecosystems, with the ability to ensure consistency and the evolution of Qustodio’s visual guidelines across all channels.
  • Expertise in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator and related tools).
  • Strong ability to identify opportunities and translate insights into design solutions, with an understanding of performance-driven design.
  • Solid understanding of accessibility, usability and modern digital design best practices.


Ways of working:

  • Ability to work independently, take ownership of design decisions and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to confidently explain and defend design decisions to stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
  • Familiarity with AI-powered creative tools and workflows. (Figma AI, Claude, Midjourney, Adobe Firefly, etc).
  • Curiosity and commitment to continuous learning, with an interest in evolving design practices, emerging technologies, digital trends and new creative tools.


Bonus points if you have:

  • Experience with motion design and animation (After effects, Lottie,etc).
  • Familiarity with front-end development technologies or creative coding skills (HTML, CSS).
