Job Description:
As a Digital Designer you will design visually appealing digital assets, collaborating with cross-functional teams and executing projects. You’ll be a digital-minded, strategic thinker in web design, social media/paid, and email essentials. You have a strong understanding of the user experience and how design decisions affect the journey. You will stay updated on digital design trends, collaborate with UX/UI designers, and ensure brand consistency in digital design elements.

This position reports to the Creative Director and partners with this person to ensure the work stays aligned to the creative vision, tone and stays on strategy. The Digital Designer works collaboratively and supports the entire Marketing Department. Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Execute multiple concepts under a singular vision, as directed by Sr. Digital Designer

Design visually appealing digital assets for online platforms and campaigns that are on brand, responsive, including; wireframes, concepts and execution.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand digital project goals.

Execute digital design projects from initial concept to final production.

Stay updated on digital design trends and incorporate fresh ideas into projects.

Collaborate with UX/UI designers for a cohesive user experience.

Execute design concepts and adapt based on feedback and requirements.

Ensure brand consistency in design and maintain consistency across all projects.

Manage multiple projects, ensuring on-time and on-budget delivery.

Manage project files, assets, and outputs through to completion.

Contribute to presentations, assist in articulating the creative vision effectively.

Take direction, and feedback well to create work that meets the objective.
Qualifications & Skills:

Proven experience in digital design with a diverse portfolio.

Proficiency in design software and tools for digital platforms.

Understanding of UX/UI principles and best practices.

Effective communication and collaboration skills.

Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple projects.

Creativity and adaptability to evolving digital design trends.

Minimum Requirements:
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Digital Design, Interactive Media, or related field; or equivalent work experience.
Experience: 3-5 years of Digital Creative Development experience either agency or in-house.
Systems: Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, Google Suite, and Microsoft Suite.

Travel Requirements: Limited travel between locations.
Physical Requirements: Office position requiring telephone and computer use. Must be able to lift up to 30 pounds for displays, samples and other marketing materials.
