Summary: As a Digital Design Engineer, you will engage in the design and implementation of digital circuits and systems. A typical day involves focusing on logic, timing, and power optimization while writing RTL code. You will simulate and verify designs to ensure that functionality meets performance requirements. Collaboration with physical design, verification, and software teams is essential to integrate and validate the design within the overall system, ensuring a seamless workflow and high-quality output. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be a Subject Matter Expert with deep knowledge and experience. - Should have influencing and advisory skills. - Engage with multiple teams and be responsible for team decisions. - Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams and provide solutions to business area problems. - Facilitate knowledge sharing sessions to enhance team capabilities and foster a culture of continuous improvement. - Mentor junior professionals to develop their skills and understanding of digital design principles. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in RTL Design. - Strong understanding of digital circuit design principles and methodologies. - Experience with simulation tools such as ModelSim or VCS. - Familiarity with synthesis tools and techniques for optimizing RTL code. - Knowledge of power optimization techniques in digital design. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 18 years of experience in RTL Design. - This position is based at our Bengaluru office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
