Digital Data Analyst - Hybrid

Please Note: This position is hybrid, you must reside within driving distance of our offices in Los Angeles or Costa Mesa, CA to attend meetings and team collaboration. 

ClubLabs is the digital acceleration team for Automobile Club of Southern California, also known as, AAA. We are the team responsible for building intuitive customer experiences across the organization’s insurance, membership, financial, emergency roadside, and travel services. We’re a team of engineers, designers, researchers, and product managers within AAA delivering maximum value to our members and business for a smarter future.

Responsibilities:

• Provide actionable analytics reporting, analysis, and recommendations for various product lines
• Develop and create analytics dashboards with tools such as Adobe Analytics, Tableau, and Excel
• Perform deep dives and segmentation analysis from various data sources and tools
• Work with various teams including marketing, big data, ebusiness and product
• Recommend and implement data driven solutions that provide measurable results.
• Provide and present analysis and data driven recommendations to key stake holders including managers, executives, and agencies through storytelling and visualizations
• Provide insight and recommendations on website and mobile app testing (A/B, multivariate, personalization)
• Manage multiple projects and deadlines.
• Relevant experience in digital marketing, database marketing, and/or data analytics highly preferred

Job Requirements

• BS/BA degree in marketing or equivalent experience required.
• MA/MS/MBA or other appropriate advanced degree is a plus.
• Minimum 2 years’ experience as an online marketing analyst preferred
• Minimum 2 years’ experience with SQL required
• Minimum 2 years’ experience with Tableau required
• Experience using any Web-based analytics tools such as Adobe Analytics or Google Analytics
• Knowledge and use of statistics, statistical modeling, database management, data interpretation, and/or data science is a plus
• Python and R experience a plus
• Excellent time management skills, strong organizational skills and detail orientation required.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills and must also be a logical thinker with the ability to communicate clearly and effectively.

The starting pay range for this position is:

$84,100.00 - $111,900.00

Additionally, for full time positions, you will be eligible to participate in our incentive program based upon the achievement of organization, team and personal performance.
