The Role

Title: Digital Customer Success Internship 
About The Internship:

Are you excited to learn more about the growing field of Digital Customer Success? As an intern for the Unite Us Digital Customer Success team you'll assist us in supporting customers, analyzing data, and implementing digital strategies to improve customer & community satisfaction and retention, while gaining hands-on experience in customer success & data analysis.

Our 10-week summer internship class runs from June 9, 2025 - August 15, 2025.

What You'll Do:

  • You will play a major part in supporting our rapidly growing CBO base of customers to ensure they adequately adopt the platform. 
  • You will help build processes that scale - coming up with new ideas & expressing them, truly believing the ideas you come up with can improve the department.
  • You will analyze data to help the team make strategic decisions & optimizations to our current processes. - including identifying opportunities for cross-selling and upselling & and retention tactics to grow and nurture a portfolio of Customers, Sponsored Customers & Community-based Organizations. 

You're a great fit for this Internship if:

  • You have intermediate to advanced Excel exp  
  • You have love to learn new & emerging technologies - that delivers value at scale
  • You are able to work proactively and collaboratively
  • You have strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with good written, oral, and interpersonal communication skills
  • Feeling like they are empowered to be the best they can be & bringing it, all day, everyday

Environmental Job Requirements and Working Conditions:

  • This position is remote, U.S. based
  • This internship is $20/hour for 35 hours per week
  •  Our 10-week summer internship class runs from June 9, 2025 - August 15, 2025
