What We Would Like You To Bring To The Role
- Find new efficient ways to create content by using AI and new tools that build simple systems and templates for creative teams to deliver more content faster, consistently across all digital placements.
- Partner with creative, production and performance teams to test, learn and optimise new approaches.
- Apply audience insight, platform understanding and performance data to inform creative development.
- Support the creation of modular and adaptable content designed for testing, iteration and optimisation.
- Support and raise creative standards through strong conceptual thinking and executional excellence.
- Extensive experience within a creative agency, broadcaster, publisher, entertainment brand or in-house creative team.
- Outstanding portfolio demonstrating both concept, craft and execution..
- Proven ability to take ideas from concept through to final delivery.
- Excellent motion design, editing and content creation skills.
- Advanced Adobe Creative Suite skills, particularly After Effects, Premiere Pro, Photoshop, FIGMA and Illustrator.
- Strong understanding of social, digital and platform-native content.
- Experience creating work across multiple channels, formats and audience touchpoints.
- Ability to balance creative craft with speed, agility and commercial objectives.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong understanding of audience behaviour, content trends and evolving creative formats.
- Comfortable working independently and managing multiple priorities.
- Experience within entertainment, streaming, media or broadcast environments.
