About the Role
At its core, the role of the Snr. Performance Media Specialist is to plan and implement paid media campaigns across all relevant biddable media channels / platforms to achieve the aims of our clients.
The role is also a client-facing one - both externally, to the client teams, and internally, to comms teams, ATL planners, other digital specialists and client servicing.
Key Accountabilities:
Client – facing responsibility
Be the secondary point of contact for clients within the iProspect performance media team.
Attend catch ups with internal client teams to ensure you are aware of all upcoming campaigns and report on campaign performance.
Attend and represent the team at regular external and internal client meetings, including status meetings, briefing sessions, campaign reviews, QBRs etc.
Partner relationship management
Attend regular catch ups with our priority partners to ensure we continue to deliver the best in class campaigns and identify potential alpha / beta trials.
Assist with sharing client campaign briefs and seeking input from partners for responses to briefs where time allows.
Team & Workload management
Ensure the timely and accurate delivery of work within your team. This may require you to undertake the responsibilities of more junior members of the team during periods of high workload.
Performance media campaign planning & creation
- Assist in the development of client performance media strategies to help define KPIs and strategy.
- Take the initial campaign brief and be responsible for the creation of best in class, practical, accountable plans for delivering the business value our clients are seeking.
- Be responsible for the development of clear media plans and presentations to clients, internal agency teams and client servicing department detailing how a client’s objectives are to be met through performance channels.
- Ensure all plans are delivered with the required level of rationale to enable client teams to competently relay the nuances of the plan.
- Creation of specific account elements within the campaign (toolkits, creative options, segmentation of the audience, ad copy, landing pages, and so on) to ensure this matches iProspect best practice.
- Review of analytics and/or tracking tags for campaign assessment
- Creation of additional campaign elements and/or restructure accounts as required
Campaign Quality Assurance
- Ensure all campaign builds are accurate and in line with initial plan
- Ensure campaigns are delivered as planned with no overspends or errors in delivery.
Performance Campaign management, optimisation and analysis
- Monitoring of daily delivery and perform ensure regular optimisation of all campaign elements (segments, creative, landing pages, etc) based on agreed campaign KPIs
- Ensure regular reporting to clients is delivered according to schedule. All reports are to be timely, accurate, literate and insightful.
- Oversee the preparation of timely and insightful weekly and Post Campaign Analysis

Strongly numerate and comfortable manipulating data sets
Highly literate with a good understanding of how language is used to communicate to different audiences.
Commitment to deliver first class work every time, and never leave a quality issue unchecked
Diligence and attention to detail in optimisation and reporting
Excellent analytical and organisational skills alongside high attention to detail
Key Experiences:
Minimum 2 years’ experience in a Performance, social media planning or biddable media / PPC team
Good understanding of planning performance campaigns across the various mechanisms, channels and buying models
Practical expertise in performance activation on self-service biddable platforms (knowledge of additional tech platforms is an advantage too)

Consistent delivery of high quality campaigns in a timely and accurate manner
Have built strong relationships with internal teams and client partners
Be following all Finance and QA processes to ensure accurate campaign reconciliation
Contribute towards cast study development, platform POVs and blog posts
