Job Summary
The digital media specialist plays a key role in the IFF digital team and supports the planning, production and publishing of engaging digital content for IFF.com and our social media platforms.
Duties include:
- Support digital content campaigns and day-to-day activities by creating written and visual content for our website and social media platforms
- Collaborate with graphic designers and the brand team to determine appropriate visual content
- Ensure digital content follows SEO strategy and best practices
- Traffic digital content projects to ensure our cross-functional teams remain on track to meet deadlines
- Review and edit contributed content for grammar, spelling, punctuation and style
- Act as a community manager on our social feeds and engage with IFF followers
- Monitor performance across all digital media platforms. Support the development of analytics and reporting
- Research competitors, target market, new horizons and relevant keywords for our digital content strategies
- Be an IFF brand champion and uphold editorial standards, including grammar, spelling, punctuation, and style
Requirements:
- Over three years of experience in similar roles
- Basic SEO knowledge
- Understanding of relevant web and digital regulations and standards, including GDPR and accessibility guidelines
- Proficiency in content management systems such as Word Press
- An understanding of social media marketing
- Excellent writing, editing and communications skills
- Experience in web or graphic design is a plus
- Bachelor’s Degree is required
