Digital Content Specialist
The Digital Content Specialist is responsible for creating, optimizing, and reporting on digital content across social media, landing pages, and other marketing channels. This role supports content performance by applying social SEO best practices, developing audience-focused content, and leveraging reporting insights to improve engagement and campaign results. The ideal candidate is creative, detail-oriented, and eager to grow their expertise in content marketing, social media, and digital performance.
Core Responsibilities:
- Create, edit, and optimize social content, landing pages, and other digital assets that drive audience engagement, brand awareness, and lead generation.
- Support social content strategy through content planning, trend research, and platform-specific recommendations across Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, Facebook, and YouTube.
- Build and manage landing pages designed to support marketing campaigns, lead generation efforts, and conversion-focused initiatives.
- Assist with social search research, competitive analysis, and content audits to identify opportunities for improved discoverability, engagement, and content performance.
- Collaborate with sales, marketing, design, and editorial teams to develop compelling, audience-focused content experiences across digital channels.

Qualifications:
- 1–3 years of experience in content marketing, social media, digital marketing, or a related field.
- Experience creating content for social media platforms including Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, Facebook, and YouTube.
- Familiarity with social media SEO and content optimization best practices.
- Experience building or updating landing pages within CMS platforms such as WordPress, HubSpot, Wix, or similar systems.
- Familiarity with reporting platforms such as Looker Studio, Agency Analytics, or native social platform insights.
- Strong writing, editing, and communication skills.
- Ability to analyze content performance and make optimization recommendations.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, Digital Media, or a related field preferred.
