What We're Looking For:
Supports the tools, processes, and AI initiatives that shape how Zebra’s support knowledge is structured, organized, and used across self-service and agent-assisted experiences. Works within established frameworks set by the Content Strategy Lead, assisting with tool monitoring, documentation, audit activities, and basic data tasks.Provides foundational support to the Digital Content function under the guidance of senior team members, focusing on process support, tooling, and maintaining overall knowledge system health. Assists with clearly defined tasks — including audit support, documentation, localization preparation, and occasional content fixes where needed to keep things running smoothly.
This role is well-suited for interns or fresh graduates who are interested in building skills in knowledge management, content operations, and AI-enabled support environments.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Assist with basic knowledge tool tasks as directed — including formatting checks, template application, tagging, and simple quality reviews — to help maintain content consistency and overall system quality
- Support knowledge audit activities by reviewing assigned content for formatting accuracy, correct tagging, and structure — and helping to fix minor issues (e.g., broken links, formatting problems) when needed to maintain site health
- Support the preparation and formatting of process documentation and content guides, ensuring they are clear and easy for teams to follow
- Coordinate with subject matter experts (SMEs) to gather or confirm information needed for knowledge-related tasks and initiatives
- Assist with basic data collection and tracking tasks (e.g., compiling content lists, checking metadata, preparing summaries) to support audits, reporting, and knowledge system monitoring
- Support localization workflows by checking content formatting and readiness, and assisting with minor updates where needed
- Participate in AI-related initiatives by supporting coordination, tracking progress, and helping organize inputs from different teams
- Build familiarity with the team’s tools, platforms, and workflows, and develop an understanding of how content structure supports customer self-service and internal support teams
- Help identify simple issues that may affect content clarity, usability, or system quality, and flag them to senior team members
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Science, Information Management, Communications, or a related field — or equivalent practical experience
- 0–1 year of experience (internships or project work included) in content, knowledge management, or a related area
- Good written communication skills and strong attention to detail
- Interest in AI tools, content platforms, or knowledge management practices
- Comfortable working with structured information and simple data
- Able to collaborate with different teams and follow guidance from senior team members
- Willingness to learn and grow in a structured, team-based environment
