Job Summary
The Digital Content Publisher is responsible for creating, developing, and publishing content for our website and mobile applications. They will also be responsible for updating and maintaining the existing content.
- Build web pages / app screens, adhering to brand standards and following responsive guidelines.
- Update existing landing pages as requested by channel owners and stakeholders (Marketing, Sales, Customer Service, Legal, etc.).
- Modify image or text assets to respond to our needs and user-experience improvement opportunities.
- Conduct quality assurance, testing, and validation of work.
- Collaborate with the team, managing stakeholders on timings, issues, and dependencies.
- Collaborate with Marketing, Creative, and key stakeholders to publish content that aligns with business objectives and goals.
- Review and proofread written content for grammar, spelling, punctuation, and syntax errors, ensuring error-free deliverables.
Competency
- 2+ years of experience in content publishing for websites and apps
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, project Management, or related field a plus
- Strong written and verbal English skills
- Expertise in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, design techniques for cross-browser / platform / device
- Knowledge of content management systems (e.g., Contentful, WordPress, Drupal or Magento, etc.)
- Familiarity with digital marketing tools, including Google Analytics, Google Ads, and Adobe Experience Manager
- In-depth knowledge of content strategy and marketing best practices
- Acquaintance with Email Marketing, A/B testing, SEO, SEM, and keyword research

What We Do
Designed to combine the luxury lifestyle of The Ritz-Carlton® and the casual freedom of a yachting vacation, The Ritz-Carlton Yacht Collection will offer voyages on three custom-built yachts. Calling on unique and distinguished destinations alike, most voyages range from seven to ten nights, offering many overnight calls and uniquely curated experiences ashore. Each yacht will feature 149 suites, each with its own private terrace, and accommodate up to 298 guests in a relaxed, casually elegant atmosphere. As with The Ritz-Carlton® on land, each yacht will feature personalized service, elevated dining and luxury amenities. The yachts are also available for private charter.
