We have an exciting opportunity at nbn for a Digital Content Producer. This pivotal six‑month max‑term role reports to the Executive Manager, Field Training and Knowledge.
A bit about your role
As the Digital Content Producer, you will create engaging digital learning experiences across video, eLearning and multimedia formats, covering both technical and non-technical topics. Working closely with subject matter experts and capability leaders, you will translate complex information into clear, accessible and purposeful content that supports continuous improvement and transformation across Field Services.
In this role, you will plan, produce and deliver high-quality digital learning materials that align with competency frameworks and learning outcomes, while also shaping and evolving the digital content strategy. You will take ownership of content requests, including communication and training videos, and bring creativity, care and innovation to how learning is experienced by both field and office-based teams. Your work will help foster connection, confidence and consistency, ensuring learning is practical, engaging and impactful at scale.
A bit about you
If this sounds like the role for you, you will likely have strong experience creating and producing digital learning content, including training videos and eLearning, within complex or large-scale environments. You are confident working end-to-end across content design, production and delivery, and feel comfortable collaborating with diverse stakeholders to shape content that truly meets learner needs.
