We're building a digital programme engine at Zensai, designed to create engaging experiences for HR, Learning & Development teams, and People leaders through webinars, roundtables, podcasts, interactive content, and more.

To drive that growth, we're looking for someone who can bring those programmes to life, fast. From promotional campaigns and landing pages to video clips, emails, and post-event content, you'll help ensure every programme feels polished, engaging, and distinctly Zensai.

This isn’t a design role, but you do need a good eye for what looks good. You'll combine content creation, creative production, and AI-powered tools to help us launch programmes faster and create experiences people genuinely want to engage with.

In time, you’ll step up to own end-to-end delivery of your own programmes too.

What you'll do
  • Create and edit visual and video assets that bring digital programmes to life across landing pages, social media, ads, emails, and event platforms 

  • Design and adapt visuals in Canva using existing brand templates (and improve those templates when they don't work) 

  • Edit, and repurpose video content from webinars, demos, keynotes, and customer stories into social clips and campaign assets that tell a story, not just hit a time limit 

  • Use AI tools like Claude, VEED, and Copilot to speed up production while maintaining quality

  • Always be thinking “how else can we drive more engagement with our programmes?”

  • Help create repeatable systems, templates, prompts, and workflows that make launching campaigns faster every month

Within your first 6–12 months: 

  • Digital programmes launches happen faster and with less back-and-forth 

  • Every programme has a polished, repeatable pre-and post-launch promo package 

  • Engagement increases because the creative is stronger and more compelling 

  • The team has a clear library of templates, prompts, and workflows that reduce production time 

  • Rebecca and MC can spend more time shaping and growing programmes while you take ownership of the creative production that brings each event to life. 

  • People start saying, "That looks like a Zensai event" because the experience feels consistently high quality 

Must-haves
  • Strong visual design instincts and the ability to explain why something works (or doesn't)

  • Video editing skills and an eye for finding the moments worth sharing

  • Experience creating digital assets across social, presentations, landing pages, ads, email and events 

  • Confidence using AI tools as part of your workflow, not as a gimmick 

  • Comfort working with Canva and template-based design systems 

  • Open to feedback and ability to use it to make good work even better
