Job Description

The Digital Content Designer (Motion & UI) is responsible for developing and delivering high-quality, consumer-facing creative content that brings P&G Personal Health Care brands to life across Paid, Earned, Shared, and Owned channels. 


Reporting to the Creative Director, this digital content designer transforms raw content into polished digital assets across digital commerce, social, .com, and other digital experiences.

This is a hands-on execution role focused on animation, video editing, UI design, and content adaptation. The day-to-day tasks include editing influencer footage into cutdowns across channels, animating visuals for OLV and iMedia, designing intuitive experiences for .com and CRM, and adapting creative across every digital touchpoint that our consumer sees. 


Key Responsibilities 

Animation & Video Editing 

  • Design, animate, and edit motion and video content (both in-social platform and with professional tools) for OLV, iMedia, and social. 
  • Cut down and adapt influencer and UGC content into a range of formats, aspect ratios, and durations tailored to each channel. 
  • Create original animated visuals that elevate our brand’s creative expression. 

AI-Enabled Workflows 

  • Use AI tools to generate, extend, and adapt visual assets efficiently. 
  • Help build and refine workflows that accelerate the team's ability to produce, iterate, and scale creative. 
  • Build and maintain adaptation systems that turn campaigns and content calendars into consistent assets across every digital touchpoint. 
  • Produce, resize, and reformat creative across platforms and audiences while maintaining quality and brand consistency. 

Photography & Videography 

  • Capture photography and videography in support of brand and campaign needs, whether on location, in office, or in agile shoot environments including on-device (iPhone) capture for organic content. 
  • Bring a strong eye for composition, lighting, and storytelling to both original capture and post-production. 

UI & Digital Experiences 

  • Design intuitive, on-brand experiences for .com, CRM journeys, digital commerce tiles, and web and app experiences. 
  • Craft experiences that support the full funnel, from awareness through conversion. 
  • Partner on multifunctional team to ensure designs are executed with fidelity. 

Collaboration 

  • Support end-to-end creative production from brainstorm through final delivery, working closely with internal teams and agency partners. 
  • Ensure creative assets are delivered on time, on brand, and production-ready. 
  • Iterate on creative based on in-market results in partnership with our media and communications team.  

Job Qualifications

Job Qualifications 

  • Bachelor's Degree in Digital Design, Motion Design, Animation, UX/UI Design, Communication Design, or a related field. 
  • A portfolio that demonstrates strong Design Mastery in the core areas of Digital Design. Your portfolio will be assessed on creative excellence, storytelling, problem-solving and technical mastery. A case study that demonstrates design process is essential. 
  • Experience in creative execution, motion design, video editing, UX/UI, or digital design roles. 
  • Strong animation and video editing skills, with experience in After Effects and Premiere Pro as well as fluency in other Adobe Creative Suite products (Photoshop, Illustrator) 
  • Strong UI design skills with proven experience designing for web, app, email, or digital commerce environments. 
  • Advanced Figma skills, including the use of components and design systems to enable content adaptation at scale. 
  • Photography and videography skills, comfortable behind the camera and understanding of lighting fundamentals.  
  • Working knowledge of Adobe Firefly and curiosity for how AI is reshaping creative production. 
  • Experience creating external-facing digital content across a combination of Paid, Earned, Shared, or Owned channels. 
  • Familiarity with brand guidelines and executing within established creative frameworks. 
  • Experience collaborating with creative leads, marketers, developers, and agencies to deliver finished assets. 
  • Strong attention to detail, whether producing polished creative or moving quick and scrappy when needed. 
  • Comfort producing work in a fast-paced, high-output environment. 
  • Open to feedback and able to incorporate input quickly and constructively. 
  • Ability to work a hybrid schedule in the Mason, OH office. 

Nice-to-Haves 

  • Experience with Figma Weave, Figma Motion, or other emerging AI-native design and motion tools. 
  • Familiarity with developer handoff practices for web and app builds. 
  • Prior experience adapting influencer or creator content at scale. 
  • Demonstrated success leading brand social campaigns from idea to activation.
