We are looking for a Digital Content Creator to join our Employee Brand team within the HR function here at Harrods. You will be responsible for creating engaging, authentic, and high-quality digital content that tells the stories of our people, culture, and career opportunities.
Must be based in or near London, as the role may require more than 3 days on-site
About the Role
In this role you will be accountable for delivering content that supports our Talent Attraction priorities, reflects our values, and enhances our Employee Value Proposition (EVP) across Harrods’ digital channels.
Job Responsibilities.
- Create, edit, and tailor content for each platform, ensuring it feels authentic and relevant
- Track content performance, share insights, and make recommendations for improvement
- Support campaign reviews and continuously enhance everyday content
- Collaborate with colleagues across the business to ensure storytelling is consistent and impactful
- Take ownership of your projects, ensuring quality and alignment with Harrods brand standards
About You
You’re a creative storyteller with strong technical skills and a sharp instinct for what makes content stand out. Confident across Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro, Lightroom is a must) and experienced with professional camera equipment, you know how to capture and craft high‑quality visuals through expert editing, colour grading, sound design, and retouching.
You stay ahead of social and blog trends, understand what performs on each platform, and use data to refine and elevate your work. With excellent communication skills and a portfolio that shows off your talent, you’re someone who can take ideas forward and bring stories to life with energy and authenticity.
