Your role as Digital Consulting Intern
We're looking for a curious, hands-on intern to join us for a 6-month internship in a rapid-growth scale-up environment. You’ll work closely with our consultants on live client projects and internal initiatives, getting real exposure to how a digital transformation consultancy operates – and real ownership over the work you deliver.
What you’ll be working on
Supporting real client projects with blue-chip companies, contributing to the same workstreams as our consultants
Conducting market and industry research, competitive analysis and benchmarking to inform client recommendations
Building data visualizations and analysis that bring strategic insights to life
Contributing to strategy creation, from framing problems to shaping recommendations
Applying the latest AI tools to real business challenges alongside the team
Taking on strategic internal work, shaping internal processes, implementation plans and business development efforts
You’ll have the opportunity to both lead and support workstreams, with a coach checking in with you across concrete milestones along the way.
Who you are
You are completing or have completed your Master's studies in Business, Management, or another discipline.
You are a strategic thinker, both conceptually and practically.
You don’t accept the status quo and always find a way to improve things.
You enjoy being challenged and have the ability to perform in a fast-paced environment.
You are interested and motivated to work in a digital environment.
You are a self-starter who wants a hands-on role.
You are curious and love diving deep into new topics.
You have excellent communication skills in English (C1 minimum), Dutch is a plus.
You are enrolled at a university for the entire duration of the internship.
You are available min. 32h/week, ideally 40h/week from September (flexibility on exact starting date).
What we offer
800€/month compensation
Hybrid work: Home, client, or office. At least 2 days a week at the office
Flexible work from abroad options up to 3 weeks
Holiday days: 10 or 12 days of leave over the 6-month internship, depending on whether you work 32 or 40 hours per week

Skills Required
