The purpose of the role is to support clients reach their business goals by managing their digital performance strategy and execution.
Job Description:
Key Responsibilities
Lead the planning and execution of paid search (e.g., Google Ads, Bing), paid social (e.g., Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn), and display performance campaigns (e.g., networks, affiliation, DEM, retargeting), ensuring effective time and project management throughout all phases.
Strong analytical skills to supervise programmatic strategies and generate actionable insights for performance reporting.
Oversee end-to-end campaign processes: brief analysis, strategy definition, media budget allocation, vendor negotiation, media planning, booking, creative delivery, account setup, keyword and copy creation, daily optimization, and reporting—while maintaining a collaborative and team-oriented approach.
Maintain a strong focus on client KPIs, proactively identifying opportunities to meet and exceed targets, even under pressure and tight deadlines.
Requirements
Bachelor or Master’s Degree in Communication or similar fields
1 / 2 years of experience in managing digital advertising campaigns, with the ability to work independently and deliver high-quality results.
Intermediate knowledge in search and social advertising platforms (Google Ads, Bing, Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn).
Solid understanding of display performance media vendors and technologies.
Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook.
Knowledge and familiarity with Ad Serving and Analytics tools.
Structured and goal-oriented mindset.
Good knowledge of English, both written and spoken.
