THE OPPORTUNTY
As a Senior Analyst, Digital Communications and Change, you will collaborate closely with key stakeholders to lead all organizational alignment initiatives related to GDD&T communications. You will be responsible for shaping the communications vision and defining an effective engagement strategy-including cadence, channels, audience segmentation, and tools-to ensure clarity, consistency, and impact.
This role is pivotal in fostering organizational agility and change readiness, serving as a key enabler of our ongoing digital transformation. You will help build a culture that embraces change, drives collaboration, and supports innovation at every level of the organization.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Deliver communications services for all activities and assigned projects to the highest standard
- Provide dynamic communication assets, leveraging all appropriate media to deliver best-in-class communications
- Generate a range of communications materials and assets for use ensuring ease of access to communications, clarity, and consistency of messages
- Provide guidance on best practice as required
- Maintain and deliver against our best-in-class communication strategy
- Identify and implement improvements to communication process, practices and tools
- Seek and maintain productive business relationships across DD&T and Takeda and with outside partners to create an ongoing flow of relevant, interesting, and timely communication on digital topics
- Maintain existing and activate new communications channels that highlight Takeda's digital opportunities, accomplishments, and strategy
- Remain current on digital and emerging technologies and trends
- Collect and maintain success metrics to demonstrate return on investment of digital initiatives and communications efforts
- Conduct stakeholder impact analysis, assess change readiness, and develop change plans that drive successful adoption
- Develop communications strategy, including preferred communications vehicles
- Manage communications and training analysts to deliver on change management plans
- Identify and manage change champions to drive adoption
- Consult and coach digital teams and leaders on change management best practices
- Develop change management processes and tools to support the adoption of the changes required by DD&T projects or initiatives
- Define and measure success metrics to monitor change and communications progress.
REQUIRED SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS
- Minimum 4 years of experience
- Skilled in crafting digital communication strategies that engage diverse audiences across various platforms
- Keeps abreast of the latest digital and technology trends to integrate into communication and change initiatives
- Effective in both verbal and written communications, tailoring messages for different audiences
- Solves complex problems by analyzing situations and applying critical thinking to find solutions
- Influences others through persuasive communication and well-reasoned arguments
- Adapts strategies and approaches in response to changing business needs and technologies
- Develops and implements organizational strategies that align with business goals
- Analyzes qualitative and quantitative data to inform strategic decisions and measure impact
- Manages projects effectively, ensuring timely completion and alignment with strategic objectives
- Applies change management principles to facilitate smooth transitions and promote adoption
- Utilizes Agile methodologies to manage projects and drive efficiency in processes
- Builds and maintains strong relationships, fostering collaboration and trust across teams
- Must have experience in Pharma and GxP projects, a plus if having experience in Demand Optimization and SAP implementations.
- As a solid professional, you receive assignments with objectives and goals, providing guidance to employees based on established policies. Your work is reviewed by management to assess goal achievement and adherence to policies, with opportunities to recommend policy changes within your unit or sub-unit. You address moderate scope problems, applying judgment within defined procedures and policies, and act as an advisor when needed. Your role involves frequent use of industry practices and general knowledge, ensuring project completion on schedule, primarily liaising internally with subordinates and supervisors, with minimal external contacts and guidance.

Salary
As a motivated employee, you should be compensated appropriately. The minimum salary for this position is € 2666 per month (full time), but your final remuneration package may be higher depending on your qualifications and experience.
