Job Description

Do you want to lead marketing and commercial plans for one of our billion-dollar brands on our growing channels? The Digital Commerce Manager identifies business opportunities and works with the multi-functional team to build cohesive plans!

What Success Looks Like

  • Demonstrate positive relationship building skills in engagements with multi-functional teams

  • Deliver e-Commerce Business Targets, brand equity in line with the goals of the Business Unit

  • Deliver Category growth, market penetration

Responsibilities of the role

  • Define Brand Strategy and Growth Models for unlocking growth of P&G brands on eCommerce channel via relevant consumer and shopper insight, campaign analysis

  • Manage online marketing campaigns across channel (GT, MT, e-Commerce), lead measurement & analysis to analyze the effectiveness and efficiency of ongoing media and promotion investment

  • Be accountable for brands and business delivery metrics on e-Commerce channel (top-line growth, shares, penetration, brand awareness, budget efficiency)

  • Establish seamless cross-functions collaboration with Consumer Market Knowledge, e-Commerce Sales team, Brand Team, Finance to achieve best results

  • Communicate with local partners, stakeholders and suppliers to drive P&G business initiatives

  • Develop initiatives fit-for-use toolkits (including digital i-banners, social & eCommerce contents, platform activation and demos, etc.)

  • Lead digital and e-Commerce capability transformation for P&G brands

Job Qualifications

Qualifications

  • Minimum 6 years in brand management and e-Commerce/Digital Commerce in FMCG; Health & Beauty experience is a plus.

  • Strong brand builder with strong analytical and data skills.

  • Proven ownership of D2C and marketplace growth with measurable results.

  • Hands-on experience with E-commerce platforms.

  • Strong commercial acumen.

  • Excellent English & Vietnamese communication and stakeholder management; ability to brief creative effectively and present to leadership.

  • Comfortable operating in fast-paced, high-growth environments; entrepreneurial mindset.
