Digital Commerce manager Export Hub

About the role

The purpose of this role is to accelerate Haleon performance in online channels. Digital Commerce Manager Export Markets will drive more than 20 markets eCommerce Strategy, Action Plan execution as well as capabilities that will help Haleon achieve leading position in Digital Channels.

Role Responsibilities

Strategic Planning:

  • Responsible for creation, development, and implementation of eCommerce strategy for all Haleon CH brands in Export Markets

  • Lead Export Markets and Clusters eCommerce planning process with direct contribution to RGM (repeatable growth model) and 3/1 Plan

Customer Engagement:

  • Lead the development of new online sales channel

  • Lead the development of eCommerce activation plan

  • Lead e-commerce processes on cluster level (eStore Checks, CEE Monthly Digital E-Commerce reporting, JBP (Joint Business Planning) with key e-Partners, etc)

  • Responsible for implementation and utilization of available e-commerce tools to drive sales growth

  • Responsible for designing solutions for maximizing sales conversion of digital communication

  • Responsible for creation of dedicated e-commerce sales plans considering product and channel specific and market analysis

  • Responsible for design of e-commerce Joint Business Planning with Key Market partners.

  • Recommends online sales programs and activities to achieve sales and profit goals.

  • Explores and recommends new e-opportunities that can drive Haleon brand awareness and visibility in e-commerce channel

  • Managing FCP (find ability conversion and performance) framework in clusters/countries, ensuring strong focus on product presence and visibility in e-commerce channel

  • Responsible for performance & e-commerce sales reporting

  • Lead new cross-category partnership opportunities to develop Haleon in e-commerce channel

Partnering:

  • Sets up cooperation with internal stakeholders (e.g. Clusters leads, Sales Managers, Marketing Managers) in order to develop winning digital commerce plans, share best practices.

Why you?

Basic Qualifications:

  • Min 5 years of proven experience in developing and leading eCommerce sales in a global company environment

  • Fluent English language skills, Russian would be a huge plus

  • Expertise in developing eCommerce capabilities

  • Background in digital, sales, marketing, analytics, or related field

  • Deep understanding of multiple e-commerce channels (e-pharmacy customers, e-retailers, Marketplaces and Pure Players), their role, current e-commerce trends and shopper behaviors

  • Strong experience in negotiations and leading client’s agenda

  • Strong experience in leading strategic process and alignment, in a way that builds real buy-to ensure execution follows strategic alignment

  • Strong change management experience / ability to build multi-functional processes from scratch

  • Strong data structure building and analytical skills with proven ability to transition them into insights (PowerBI / Tableau skills are considered as an advantage)

  • Best in class problem solver / strong solution orientation

  • Good ability to influence at all levels, build strong relationships and capacity to work in a matrix
