The Digital Commerce Analytics Manager LATAM leads the Digital Commerce performance serving as a Data Management team leader and business analysis in LATAM level, ensuring all markets have visibility in performance and support on business analysis, such as Size of Prizes (SoP) for new growth opportunities, forecasts, and business planning. Collaborates with BU team on overall data management strategy for digital commerce and/or projects, assuring overall quality and efficiency across the organization & markets.


Key Responsibilities
 

  • Give guidance to Business Unit LatAm and market level analysts on key metrics and analysis necessary to performance visibility, aligned with the BU dcomm strategy.

  • Support Business Unit & market level in Digital Commerce reporting on monthly and annual basis;

  • Support market Digital Commerce leads based on BU guidance on internal business reports.

  • Ensure standardized business reports across LATAM markets.

  • Manage e-sales planning and reporting on weekly, monthly, annual basis, in collaboration with market Digital Commerce Leads ensuring the performance of the BU dcomm strategy and aligned to business expectations.

  • Identify new growth opportunities in LatAm for dcomm, based on performance and market data and other syndicated data resources.

  • Owns the Power BI tool accuracy across markets, and BU to report accordingly to business goals identifying key opportunities on the dcomm business.

  • Identify current data gaps in Digital Commerce business, giving advice on new data sources;

  • Manage Digital Commerce performance process, in collaboration with correlated departments such as Finance, digital commerce & dcomm leads at local level.

  • Support BU & market level analysts, giving guidance on business acumen.

Basic Qualifications:
We are looking for professionals with these required skills to achieve our goals:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics or Business Administration;

  • 5+ years of work experience in data analytics, financial modelling, forecasting and business planning;

  • Experience analysing data to identify key insights, gaps, and inconsistencies.

  • Experience gathering complex business requirements and identifying data needs

  • Industry experience in Consumer Health, FMCG or CPG is a plus

  • Experience in Digital Commerce is a plus.

  • Advanced level of English.
