Job Description:
Ipsen is strengthening its digital workplace to enable seamless collaboration, innovation, and productivity across the organization. As part of GDIT OneOps, we are looking for a Microsoft Collaboration Platforms Architect to design, operate, and continuously improve Ipsen’s collaboration ecosystem.
This role is highly technical and hands-on, with a strong focus on Microsoft collaboration platforms and their backends. You will act as a subject matter expert for Power Platform, Copilot, SharePoint, and Teams, ensuring secure, scalable, and well-governed solutions that enhance user experience and support business transformation.
Your key responsibilitiesAct as a technical expert for Microsoft collaboration platforms (Power Platform, Copilot, SharePoint, Teams), ensuring administration, stability, and performance.
Design, configure, and govern collaboration solutions, including environments, permissions, DLP policies, storage, and lifecycle management.
Define and maintain governance frameworks, standards, and best practices for digital collaboration tools.
Support and contribute to Power Platform and digital workplace projects, from design to deployment.
Ensure operational excellence by monitoring platforms, automating administration (PowerShell), and providing Level 3 support.
Work closely with support, application, and IT domain teams to align solutions with their roadmaps and resolve complex issues.
Drive adoption and continuous improvement by analysing usage, leading technical workshops, and contributing to documentation and knowledge sharing.
Minimum 5 years of experience in Microsoft digital workplace or collaboration platforms.
Strong technical expertise in administering Microsoft Power Platform, Copilot, SharePoint, and Teams.
Experience with governance, security-by-design, and operational support in complex environments.
Comfortable working across teams and domains, with strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
Proactive, structured, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-moving environment.
Experience with AvePoint solutions is a strong plus.
Fluent in English and French, written and spoken.
Play a key role in shaping Ipsen’s digital collaboration workplace.
