We are seeking a talented and motivated Intern to join our Digital Collaboration team. As an Intern, you will work with a team of professionals to support digital collaboration initiatives across the organization. The successful candidate will gain a passion for technology and digital transformation, as well as strong communication and collaboration skills. Our IT Intern program is a great chance to learn how IT support in the maritime industry looks like in one of the worldwide leading shipping companies.
During the internship, you will:
- Work in an international team with worldwide contacts
- Gain experience in M365 solutions and tools
- Learn about the different areas associated with the digital workplace.
- Support the Digital Collaboration team in ongoing projects and daily responsibilities
- Assistance in leading the internal community supporting a hybrid way of working
- Co-facilitation of workshops and other sessions carried out by team members
- Support end-users with content creation on an intranet
- Continues research on M365 tools portfolio and future ways of working
- Participate in testing and troubleshooting activities related to digital collaboration tools
- Support the development and implementation of training programs and materials to help end-users effectively use digital collaboration tools
- Assist with monitoring and reporting on digital collaboration tool usage and adoption metrics
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Good command of English (written and spoken)
- Interested in new technologies and cloud solutions
- Eager to learn more about the Microsoft tools
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Wish to start their career in IT
- Availability Minimum 0,5 FTE (20h/week)
