We are seeking a talented individual to join our Digital Client Experience (DCX) regional team at Marsh. This role will be based in Hong Kong. This is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working at least three days a week in the office.
Marsh’s Digital Client Experience encompasses advanced analytics, client and service data, industry-relevant content, as well as claims and benchmarking insights. This position requires active client engagement through influencing and training Client Executives. A key focus will be driving significant Change Management within teams to enhance efficiencies and elevate the overall client experience.
Reporting to the Asia DCX Leader, this role works with regional Operations and Technology teams to drive the development and enhancement of Marsh’s digital platforms, supporting these initiatives from a client experience perspective. The role is responsible for championing Marsh’s Digital Client Experience to client executives, clients, and prospects, clearly demonstrating key user journeys within platforms, its value and benefits.
We will count on you to:
- Deliver engaging demonstrations of core broker technology platforms to clients and conduct training sessions for internal colleagues, effectively showcasing platform features and benefits.
- Support business development and RFP efforts by preparing compelling RFP content and contributing to digital transformation and platform deployment initiatives that help win and retain clients.
- Support coordination of regional Digital Champions by organizing engagement sessions, providing training, and resolving platform-related issues.
- Support and update the Digital Client Experience Team’s monthly and annual activity dashboards to monitor progress and key performance metrics.
- Assist in planning and executing Voice of Colleague and Customer research initiatives, including focus groups, surveys, and service model workshops; draft research questions, analyze findings, and present actionable insights.
- Collaborate closely with Implementation and Operations teams to ensure client accounts are fully prepared and platform data is accurate and up to date.
What you need to have:
- 1+ years of experience in digital platform demonstrations, client engagement, or change management, including internship experience.
- Skilled in aligning stakeholders around a clear vision, driving influence across diverse functions.
- Good understanding of insurance or brokerage technology platforms is preferred.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Demonstrated ability to coordinate effectively across multiple regions and teams.
- Strong analytical skills for research, data analysis, and reporting.
- Proficiency in creating dashboards, reports, and RFP documentation.
- Self-motivated with a proactive approach to problem-solving and process improvement.
