Key Responsibilities:
- Assist customers with any question they might have concerning the App features and use.
- Provide support for customer questions related to the use of the application, primarily through inbound calls.
- Answer questions on account creation and balance management.
Requirements
What do you need to be successful at this job?
- Language Maestro: Fluent in French, strong English skills
- Have experience in a Contact Centre
- Have a strong customer service-oriented skill.
- Can work as a team member, as well as independently.
