We are looking for a strategic, execution-oriented, and data-driven Digital Campaigns Specialist to lead integrated digital campaigns that drive awareness, engagement, and pipeline generation in the Brazil region. This role will be responsible for executing and adapting global campaigns, managing online events (such as webinars), developing email marketing strategies, and supporting field marketing initiatives — always in close collaboration with the Sales team.


Key Responsibilities
  • Plan and execute integrated digital campaigns (content, email, webinars, and events).

  • Localize and adapt global content for the regional market, ensuring cultural relevance.

  • Manage and deliver digital events and webinars aligned with the regional messaging.

  • Optimize email nurture strategies (Eloqua) to improve conversion and accelerate pipeline.

  • Partner with Content, Product, Creative, BDR, and AE teams to align with business priorities.

  • Monitor, analyze, and report campaign results, proposing continuous improvements to maximize ROI.


Qualifications & Requirements
  • 2–5 years of experience in demand generation or campaign marketing, preferably in B2B SaaS.

  • Strong understanding of the full marketing funnel (from awareness to expansion), with a focus on pipeline generation and acceleration.

  • Experience in email nurturing, webinars, integrated digital campaigns, and field event support.

  • Proven ability to adapt global strategies into effective regional campaigns.

  • Hands-on experience with Eloqua, Salesforce, 6sense, WordPress, and project management tools such as Asana.

  • Exceptional communication skills in English (Spanish is a plus).

  • Experience working cross-functionally with Sales, Product, BDRs, and external agencies.

  • Experience organizing small in-person events and handling related logistics.
