The Position

As a Digital Campaign Specialist in the Digital Campaigns Chapter within the Global Digital Hub, you will have an exciting opportunity to shape the orchestration of impactful digital campaigns that resonate globally. You’ll ensure every piece of content aligns with our strategic vision and support seamless collaboration between global and local teams to create consistent and compelling messaging. By driving alignment, promoting innovation, and championing global digital standards, you become a catalyst in delivering meaningful campaigns across our organization.

The Opportunity

  • You will manage the end-to-end delivery of multi-channel digital content, ensuring high standards and integrating valuable feedback to enhance impact.
  • You will act as a central point of connection between global and local teams, facilitating alignment of needs, insights, and goals to ensure consistent messaging.
  • You will support affiliates in achieving their content goals by sharing insights, best practices, and fostering alignment with Roche’s digital strategy.
  • You will oversee content planning and project coordination, ensuring deadlines, resources, and priorities are effectively managed to meet expectations.
  • You will build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, acting as an advisor to address challenges, refine strategies, and support content planning processes.
  • You will gather and communicate insights on local demands to inform global digital content planning, contributing actionable recommendations to shape priorities.

You are a proactive and resourceful digital professional who thrives in connecting people, ideas, and processes. You bring a strong ability to orchestrate campaigns while balancing the needs of a global and local audience. With an eye for detail and passion for digital innovation, you can adapt seamlessly in a fast-changing environment.

Additionally, you bring the following qualifications:

  • A Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in content production, campaign management, or project management, with proven expertise in managing multi-channel digital marketing.
  • Strong knowledge of digital marketing principles, as well as project management processes including planning, scheduling, and resource coordination.
  • Familiarity with the Life Science industry, including compliance and regulatory considerations, is an advantage.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects, ensuring efficient prioritization and resource allocation.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills to effectively manage stakeholder relationships and facilitate alignment across teams.
  • Proficiency in project management tools and agile methodologies, coupled with a readiness to adapt to new systems and technologies.
