Overview
Reporting into the Digital Campaigns Team Lead, the Digital Campaign Specialist will develop, own and drive digital campaigns’ deployment and execution.
This is an exciting and challenging role with the opportunity to create an impact on the growth of a global brand in the APMEA region. You will be responsible for driving digital marketing channels to drive customer acquisition and engagement. The ideal candidate must have at least one year hands-on practical experience in digital campaigns and know how to use at least one CRM platform.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own and manage outbound campaigns such as welcome emails, trigger emails, nurturing emails across Asia Pacific ex. China from end-to-end – design and setup of campaign canvas on email automation platform, audience segmentation, scheduling, and performance tracking and analysis.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, design, and content, to ensure campaign objectives are met and messaging is consistent.
- Build and optimize landing pages with Eloqua forms using Adobe Experience Manager, ensuring a seamless user experience and alignment with campaign goals and brand guidelines.
- Monitor campaign performance metrics and provide regular reports, analyzing key insights and identifying opportunities for optimization.
- Consider current business practices and make suitable recommendations for improvements, employing A/B or MVT testing methods.
- Track leads via CRM analytics dashboards and provide recommendations for improvement on lead generation activities
Requirements/Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, or related field.
- Excellent interpersonal communication skills and possess EQ to manage various marketers’ expectations and appreciate culture differences.
- Understanding of email marketing principles and best practices, including audience segmentation, A/B testing, and performance tracking.
- 3 years of experience on relevant job scope.
- Familiar with HTML/CSS for basic email and landing page customization.
- Good project management skills to manage timelines and deadlines of various campaigns across various markets.
- Meticulous to proofread and test user flows and emails. Able to place customer’s experience first and henceforth challenge doubtful and misleading content and execution.
- Ability to learn and adapt accordingly. Interest in digital marketing.
- Some experience in marketing automation technology such as Eloqua. Familiar with Photoshop, HTML, Eloqua, Adobe Experience Manager preferred.
- Good grasp of Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
- Eagerness to learn and develop new skills in digital marketing and campaign management..
Skills Required
