Location: Cincinnati 

Hybrid Schedule: 2 days in office / 3 days at home weekly 

Job Summary  
As a Digital Campaign Operations Manager, you will play a crucial role in planning, analyzing, and optimizing digital media strategies. Your insights will drive decisions on media campaigns, content performance, and audience engagement, ultimately contributing to our mission of empowering better health. This role reports to the Manager, Digital Health Media Strategy. 

What You’ll Do  

  • Collaborate with our client-facing sales team to develop customized digital campaign targeting proposals that align with client objectives and budgets. 
  • Scope and recommend innovative and impactful campaigns that resonate with our clients' target audiences and demonstrate a deep understanding of clients’ needs and preferences. 
  • Identify and reach specific audience segments by leveraging audience insights, demographic data, and market trends. This involves campaign scoping, setting campaign goals, and identifying key performance indicators (KPIs). 
  • Continuously evaluate and optimize campaign tactics to maximize efficiency and effectiveness. 
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to provide regular reporting on impressions, click-through rates and other relevant key performance indicators (KPIs). 
  • Translate data into meaningful insights and recommendations, present findings to internal stakeholders and client teams in a clear, compelling manner. 
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to clients—proactively identifying performance improvement opportunities and proposing strategic adjustments. 
  • Collaborate with our strategy & insights team on the delivery of audience quality and script lift insights. 

What We Need  

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, advertising, business administration, health care, or related field. 
  • 4+ years of experience in digital advertising, with a focus on campaign targeting, measurement, and reporting. 
  • Demonstrated knowledge of digital advertising ecosystem and experience working with programmatic platforms and technologies. 
  • Familiarity with ad serving technologies, data management platforms (DMPs), and ad exchanges 
  • The ability to analyze data, interpret campaign performance metrics, and optimize advertising strategies accordingly 

Desired Qualifications  

  • Knowledge and prior use of SQL, Looker, Salesforce 
  • Experience with Pharmaceutical data 

What You'll Need to Succeed  

  • High attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy. 
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with internal teams, clients, and media partners. 
  • Proven ability to synthesize data and communicate performance insights and recommendations to both internal and external stakeholders. 
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously. 
  • Analytical thinker with strong problem-solving abilities, including proficiency in Excel or other data analysis tools.
