Healthcare Australia (HCA) is seeking an experienced Digital Campaign Manager to lead and deliver our social media strategy across all platforms. This role will manage both paid and organic channels to grow brand presence, engagement, and lead generation. Reporting to the Head of Digital Marketing, you’ll drive content planning, performance optimisation, and community engagement to support HCA’s marketing objectives.
This is an initial 6-month contract role with the potential to become permanent and to make a big impact in a short time.
What you’ll be doing:
- Manage social media strategy and content across Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, and more.
- Develop and execute engaging content (graphics, video, copy) tailored to each platform.
- Oversee community management, influencer partnerships, and brand ambassador programs.
- Monitor performance metrics, report insights, and recommend improvements.
- Collaborate with internal teams and agency partners to deliver integrated campaigns.
- Stay across trends, platform updates, and emerging opportunities.
What we’re looking for:
- 4–6 years’ hands-on experience managing social media (corporate or agency).
- Strong copywriting and content creation skills; Canva or similar tools a plus.
- Confident with analytics, reporting, and social management tools (e.g., Hootsuite).
- Strong understanding of paid/organic social and platform algorithms.
- Organised, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
- Collaborative, creative, and trend-savvy digital marketer.
