We are looking for a Digital Business Analyst (eCommerce & CRM) to support the delivery of seamless and scalable digital customer experiences. This role plays a key part in ensuring the stability, performance, and continuous improvement of our eCommerce and CRM platforms, working closely with the Customer Experience Product Owner and cross-functional teams.
You will translate business needs and customer insights into actionable solutions, helping to shape consistent and effective digital experiences across regions and brands.

In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:
  • Gather, analyze and translate business requirements into clear, actionable solutions 
  • Identify recurring issues, experience gaps, and optimization opportunities 
  • Coordinate and execute functional testing, user acceptance testing (UAT), and release validation 
  • Develop recommendations for product enhancements, technical improvements, and process optimizations aligned with business goals and customer needs
  • Partner closely with the Product Owner and Technical Architect to evaluate solution options and balance business and technical considerations 
  • Document business processes, customer journeys, functional requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria
  • Ensure platform stability, consistency, and readiness across multiple markets and regions
  • Support the rollout and scaling of new features in alignment with product priorities 
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Digital Customer Experience, IT, CRM, ERP and Analytics, to ensure successful delivery.

For This Role, You Will Need:
  • Experience in Business Analysis, typically gained over 3 to 7 years in a relevant role, including requirements gathering, process mapping, and stakeholder collaboration 
  • Experience working with CRM or eCommerce platforms (such as Salesforce or similar systems) 
  • Understanding of digital customer journeys across eCommerce and CRM environments 
  • Experience with testing processes, including user acceptance testing and release validation 
  • Ability to translate business needs, customer feedback, and data into actionable improvements 
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and collaboration skills 
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.
     
Preferred Qualifications That Set You Apart:
  • Experience working in Agile environments (such as SAFe) and a solid understanding of the Agile software development lifecycle (SDLC) 
  • Experience with middleware or system integrations
  • Familiarity with global or multi-region digital platforms
  • Experience with data visualization tools such as Power BI or Tableau
