Job Title: Digital and Technology Deployment Analyst – UK & Ireland
Location: Kingston & Port Sunlight
JOB PURPOSE
This role is responsible for deploying and supporting Digital & Technology (D&T) products across the UK & Ireland markets, as prioritized by BG-BU CDIOs. The analyst ensures that D&T-enabled outcomes are delivered on time, within budget, and fully embedded into local operations to drive growth, savings, and operational excellence.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Lead D&T deployment across UK & Ireland: Drive the implementation of digital, data, and AI products prioritized by CDIOs, ensuring alignment with business unit strategies and maximizing cross-BU synergies.
- Project planning and execution: Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders. Develop detailed project plans, manage timelines, and coordinate resources to ensure successful delivery.
- Technology integration: Oversee the seamless integration of new digital tools into existing IT and business ecosystems, ensuring compatibility, minimal disruption, and long-term scalability.
- Stakeholder engagement: Build strong relationships with local and global stakeholders cross both D&T (Product, Data foundation, Tech Foundation) & UKI Business. Requirements management: Translate business needs into technical requirements. Ensure local data readiness, system compatibility, and cross-product integration to support successful deployments.
- Business validation and sign-off: Coordinate testing and validation activities with business users. Ensure solutions meet functional and performance expectations before go-live.
- Change management support: Lead change impact assessments and support the design and execution of change management plans, including training, communications, and process redesign.
- Issue resolution: Act as the first point of contact for troubleshooting deployment-related issues. Collaborate with global and local teams to resolve blockers quickly and effectively.
- Accelerate AI implementation: Champion the adoption of AI technologies across business functions, identifying high-impact use cases, supporting model deployment, and ensuring responsible and ethical AI integration.

- Demonstrated experience in deploying digital, data, and AI solutions in complex, matrixed organizations.
- Strong program and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
- Good understanding of digital transformation, AI technologies, and enterprise IT systems.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence and align diverse stakeholders.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities, with a focus on execution and results.
Location
In September 2020, Unilever announced the intention to build a new sustainable campus site in Kingston, London to house the employees who currently work in 100 Victoria Embankment in Blackfriars, Lever House in Kingston, Unilever House in Leatherhead and Graze in Richmond. We are creating our own Unilever sustainable, agile work environment, purposefully bringing us together in our own Unilever ecosystem. The campus is due to be completed in early 2025 and will consist of two interconnected buildings, as well as landscaped surrounding areas.

Recruitment Fraud
Cyber criminals advertise fake job adverts with prestigious employers as a way of stealing information or even defrauding individuals out of money. In the most sophisticated cases, they will set up fake websites, which have a similar address to companies like Unilever. They even conduct fake telephone interviews and then offer candidates a role with the proviso they pay a fee for background checks or to cover work visa costs. These types of attacks are becoming more common as more people are looking for employment in the economic climate.
How is Unilever tackling this?
Many of Unilever’s recruitment sites publish a warning to candidates about recruitment fraud. The Cyber Security team also proactively scan for signs of people setting up fake Unilever sites and act to close them down.
