As we grow our business, we are now looking for a new Digital and Omnichannel Director to drive end-to-end consumer conversion and revenue growth by orchestrating all physical and digital touchpoints across the consumer journey in the UK and Ireland.
As Digital and Omnichannel Director, you’ll be responsible for driving end-to-end consumer conversion and revenue growth by orchestrating all physical and digital touchpoints across the consumer journey. You’ll also be responsible for connecting and supporting Brand, Product Line and Digital Marketing strategies, E-commerce, and Commercial performance to deliver measurable business results, having full responsibility for execution of the internal and external annual activation plans.

With extensive experience gained within Digital Marketing, E-commerce and Performance Marketing roles you’ll have a digital-first mindset combined with a data-driven and performance-oriented approach. With strong commercial acumen and omnichannel expertise you’ll have strong analytical skills, and ROI and budget optimization experience across the full funnel. You’ll also have experience in D2C business and P&L management, online platform and e-commerce management, and social media and AI marketing tools familiarity.
You’ll be based at our Birchwood Park office (WA3 6XG) with hybrid working available (3 days office/2 days home).
