Role OverviewThe Analytics Executive acts as an implementation and reporting specialist for Jellyfish clients, ensuring the delivery of high-quality work that aligns with client objectives. You will work with the Analytics Team to create impact in our Martech Capability. We take pride in our collaboration with Google on the Analytics product and our work with some of the largest advertisers in the world, setting us apart in the industry.
With assistance from a team of implementation and reporting experts, you will deploy data collection strategies, implement tagging solutions through custom scripts and tag management tools, ensure data cleanliness and reliability and deliver reporting solutions. This role drives account implementation, supports project execution, and fosters strong client relationships to support retention and growth.

Key Responsibilities & ObjectivesCore Implementation & Data ExecutionTranslate client requirements into relevant data points to be collected to bring value to clients.
Create tracking plans and implement tracking solutions with Google Tag Manager.
Ensure that the data points collected on the websites are accurate, reliable, and clean.
Use market insights and data to inform decisions and develop business strategies.
Retention: Supporting the renewal of GA360/GA4 licences & support retainers for the clients you work on.
Growth: Identify and support the development of new opportunities within assigned client accounts, leveraging our Martech capabilities (e.g., Enhanced Conversions, Customer Match Optimisation, server-side Google Tag Manager, online-to-offline measurement, Conversion API, Value-Based Bidding, dashboarding, privacy scoring).
Client Engagement: Shadow Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) with clients and find opportunities for clients to utilise adjacent services in the data analysis ecosystem.
Capability Development: Contribute to the evolution of Jellyfish by collaborating on internal projects focused on culture, education, product development, or cross-capability opportunities. Work with Senior Managers and Directors to improve processes and frameworks.
New Business: Gain experience in new business development and growth initiatives.
Self-Development: Identify areas for professional growth or new skills to acquire (e.g., server-side GTM, pitching, Google Cloud Platform, certifications).
Mentorship/Team Support: Support other Analytics team members working on your client accounts by sharing expertise. Understand the goals and motivations of each team member you support.
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Technology or similar.
2+ years of experience in similar analytics or implementation roles.
Familiarity with Google Analytics (GA4), Google Marketing Platform, Google Tag Manager, Data Studio, BigQuery. Search Ads, Display and Video and Campaign Manager a bonus.
General understanding of data collection methodologies. The ability to design data models, research findings, and manage campaigns is a big plus.
Understanding of different marketing channels, the role of qualitative & quantitative data, and how data can be measured in the context of business objectives.
Ability to describe different analysis use cases and explain whether or why one may be more suitable than another.
Code knowledge is highly advantageous, such as JSON, SQL, Python, HTML, or JavaScript.
