  • Helping to build a connected view of customer behaviour across our website and mobile app.

  • Contributing ideas for how we collect, report and use digital data more effectively as our analytics capability grows.

What we're looking for

  • Hands-on experience using Google Analytics 4 (GA4) to analyse digital performance - this is essential.

  • A solid understanding of digital analytics concepts including events, conversions, attribution and user journeys.

  • The ability to work with data, spot trends and communicate findings clearly to both technical and non-technical colleagues.

  • Strong attention to detail and a curious, investigative approach to data quality issues.

  • Confidence managing multiple priorities and working at pace in a collaborative environment.

  • Comfortable with Excel or Google Sheets for data analysis and manipulation.
