We are looking for a highly analytical and business‑oriented consultant to support the Marketing Effectiveness function for a leading global MedTech organization. This role requires strong problem‑solving capabilities, critical thinking skills, and hands‑on digital analytics expertise to drive actionable insights from marketing and digital performance data.
The ideal candidate should be able to independently identify KPI trends, diagnose underlying business drivers, and partner with stakeholders to improve marketing effectiveness across digital channels and customer journeys.
This is a consulting‑facing role that requires a combination of analytics, business understanding, stakeholder management, and structured problem‑solving.
Key Responsibilities
Analyze digital and marketing performance KPIs to identify trends, anomalies, and business opportunities.
Perform root‑cause analysis on changes in digital traffic, engagement, conversion, campaign effectiveness, and customer behavior.
Collaborate closely with marketing and business stakeholders to translate business problems into analytical frameworks and actionable insights.
Leverage digital analytics platforms to evaluate customer journeys, channel performance, campaign impact, and regional trends.
Conduct sanity checks and exploratory analysis using SQL and enterprise data platforms (ADL / Data Lake environments).
Develop insight narratives and executive‑ready recommendations for senior stakeholders.
Partner with cross‑functional teams including Marketing, Analytics, Data Engineering, and Visualization teams.
Support ongoing optimization initiatives across digital marketing and customer engagement programs.
Ensure analytical rigor, structured thinking, and business relevance across all deliverables.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Must‑Have Skills
Strong critical thinking and structured problem‑solving abilities.
Ability to identify patterns and trends in KPIs and derive meaningful business insights.
Strong analytical mindset with curiosity to investigate the “why” behind performance changes.
Hands‑on experience with digital analytics and marketing performance analysis.
Working knowledge of Google Analytics (GA4 preferred).
Basic to intermediate SQL skills with the ability to independently query datasets.
Experience working with large datasets and enterprise reporting environments.
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
Preferred Skills
Experience in Digital Analytics Consulting, Marketing Analytics, or Customer Analytics.
Exposure to MedTech, Healthcare, or other regulated industries.
Familiarity with Power BI, Adobe Analytics, Qlik, Tableau, or similar BI tools.
Understanding of customer funnels, campaign attribution, conversion analysis, and web/app analytics.
Experience working in consulting or client‑facing analytics engagements.
Experience
Consultant/Senior Consultant
4–8 years of relevant experience with demonstrated stakeholder management and problem‑solving capabilities.
Educational Qualification
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Computer Science, or other quantitative disciplines.
