Job Summary:

Designs and prepares reports, dashboards, and summaries for analysis and planning of digital/web-based initiatives. Leveraging Adobe Analytics and related tools to collect, analyze and interpret digital data to optimize user experiences and drive business decisions and product improvements.  This role involves configuring tracking solutions, creating insightful dashboards, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to improve website performance, campaign effectiveness, and customer journeys.

Principal Responsibilities:

  • Monitor key metrics and trends to support digital product and business decision-making. Analyze user behavior, traffic patterns, and conversion metrics.
  • Implement and manage Adobe Analytics and related tools across digital platforms, ensuring  data accuracy and integrity through regular audits and QA.
  • Maintain detailed documentation of data definitions, measurement strategies, and analysis processes.
  • Collaborate with marketing, UX, and development teams to inform strategy. Develop reports and dashboards to communicate insights and competitive analysis.
  • Communicates complex data in comprehensible ways. Evaluates information from multiple sources and clearly indicates quality of final analysis.
  • May participate in or lead projects.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Job Level Specifications:

  • Foundational knowledge of Adobe Analytics, Adobe Launch, or Google Analytics and related tools. Acquired via academic instruction and/or relevant work experience of substantially the same level.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience with tag management and data layer implementation.
  • Familiarity with SEO, JavaScript, HTML, and web technologies is a plus.
  • Collaborates with immediate management and team members within the department or function.

Work Experience:

  • Typically 3+ years with bachelor's or equivalent.

Education and Certification(s):

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience from which comparable knowledge and job skills can be obtained.

Distinguishing Characteristics:

  • Position may require the ability to travel.
