About the role

About the team
In this position you will be working as Product Owner in an agile squad together and in cooperation with digital analysts. The squad’s aim is to increase insights and contribute to the work of creating the best insurance solutions and experiences for our customers. This will be done through providing insights from customer life events affecting customers’ insurance needs, supporting with reporting and analysis regarding activities, customer base development, customer satisfaction, and more.
As Product owner you will set up and maintain a close dialogue with the squad stakeholders, collecting, defining and prioritizing requests. You will also be expected to drive and perform the process related to CRM activities.

Who are you?
We think that you have a general interest in analytics and customers. You want to work cross-functionally to improve customer journeys and monitor business performance. You have previously worked with analytics and have a positive, sharing, and proactive mindset. We also believe that you enjoy communicating with stakeholders and proactively identify and define their requests and turn them into actionable squad tasks.
Key responsibilities include
Own and prioritize the product backlog
Gather and translate requirements
Making scope, roadmap and priority decisions
Accept or reject deliverables
Stakeholder management
Proactively identifying new opportunities and initiatives for improvements.
Drive and perform activities in the CRM process related to Bloomreach
Actively contribute to the daily tasks performed by a Digital analyst including web analytics, tracking, A/B testing and conversion rate optimization
Supporting users in their understanding of data & analytics, including evaluation of business results and communication with users.
Must have
Analytical and problem-solving skills
Interest and proficiency in communication and stakeholder management
Excellent in data transformation and programming (e.g. Big Query, Databricks, SQL).
Data visualization experience from BI tools such as Tableau or Microsoft Power BI.
Understanding and knowledge of tools, tasks and KPIs related to the Digital analyst role, like Google Analytics or similar, A/B testing, conversion rate optimization and of KPIs like CTR, CPA, ROAS
You also have
Proficiency with analytical methods.
Relevant university degree.
Digital Marketing Knowledge and experience of CRM data.
Fluent or proficient level of language knowledge of English - we work across the Nordics.
If you already have experience of working as Product Owner, Project Leader, Team Leader or in a similar role, that would be considered a plus.
