Position Overview:Reporting to the Dealer Services Director, this regionally based sales support and digital product support role is responsible for supporting Finning sales resources, branch resources, and customers in the use of our digital services offerings. Key responsibilities include delivering presentations and training, contributing to product/channel growth strategies, capturing customer and branch eChannel requirements, and executing the regional go-to-market strategy.

For this position, the expected hourly rate is between $70,000 - $80,000 per year. This range reflects our commitment to providing competitive compensation that aligns with industry standards and your qualifications.

Job Description:
- Deliver presentations and training directly to customers, including customer info sessions, internal branch info sessions, and training on Finning/Caterpillar Digital Toolbox applications.
- Implement regionally focused go-to-market strategies for digital tools, leveraging global processes, technology, and best practices.
- Capture customer and branch eChannel requirements for future product development and continuous improvement.
- Contribute to strategies and tactics to deliver growth in product/channel/solution penetration, including customer sales channel migration, customer acquisition and growth, and enhancing the performance of new solutions.
- Identify customer digital enablement opportunities and apply the team’s go-to-market strategies to engage with the customer and their Finning representatives.
- Work with sales and branch staff to inform and support Finning’s digital transformation.
- Maintain positive relationships with Caterpillar and customers to ensure the customer loyalty score (net promoter score) meets or exceeds the corporate target.
- Provide feedback and insights to the Dealer Services Product teams to support continuous improvement and innovation in digital services.
Qualifications:
- 2+ years of warehouse experience or product support sales
- Parts Journeyperson ticket is considered an asset
- Exceptional customer service skills and the ability to build strong relationships.
- Technically inclined with proficiency in MS Office applications and internal systems.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with comfort in public speaking and onsite customer interactions.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities with minimal supervision.
- Problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to challenges.
- Valid driver’s license and adherence to Finning policies and procedures, including safety.

- 5 x 2 Monday – Friday, 7.5 hour shifts
