Job Description:

DTN has an exciting opportunity to join our growing team as an Associate Digital Advertising Operations Specialist!

Responsibilities:

  • Process, manage, and optimize advertising campaigns for assigned clients while meeting or surpassing client performance expectations.

  • Assist with client issues related to digital performance on platforms including in-network channel, social channels, e-blasts, and programmatic delivery.

  • Assist in the development of client-facing campaign performance reports.

  • Responsible for ensuring campaigns launch on time across all tactics and partners.

  • Takes ownership of deliverables, manage campaigns independently, and effectively prioritize to deliver strong results.

  • Escalates and provides solutions for client difficulties appropriately.

  • Complete quality assurance and testing of creative assets to ensure proper functionality across browsers.

  • Ensure ad creative adheres to technical specifications and troubleshoot creative issues that affect implementation, tracking and/or reporting.

  • Identify opportunities to adjust strategy and implement solutions that increase effectiveness and efficiencies of digital campaigns.

  • Troubleshoot tracking, ad tech & customer journey issues to ensure a smooth path to conversion.

  • Reporting and campaign delivery entry for monthly billing processes.

  • Assist in sales presentation development with assigned sales representatives and accounts.

Qualifications:

  • Prior digital advertising operations experience required

  • Strong work ethic and ability to work effectively on a highly collaborative team • Excellent presentation and facilitation skills, both verbal and written

  • Demonstrates high performance in a remote environment

  • Excellent problem solving skillset

  • Strong technical aptitude and clear understanding of digital audiences

  • Experience working on Google Ad Manager, Google Analytics, Meta, StackAdapt a plus

The targeted hiring base pay range for this position is between $46,400  and $61,500. DTN is a pay for performance organization, which means there is the opportunity to advance your compensation with performance over time. The actual base pay offered for this position will be dependent upon many factors, including but not limited to: prior work experience, training/education, transferable skills, business needs, internal equity and applicable laws. The targeted hiring base pay range is subject to change and may be modified in the future. This role may also be eligible for market competitive variable pay and benefits.
