Hybrid position: 2 days/month in office (Central London).

About the Business Division:

This role is part of ONEHealth Communications, a subsidiary of M3 Inc., which is a specialist Healthcare Communications agency working in partnership with our clients to deliver end-to-end marketing services across three key areas of Media Buying, Creative and Content and Email, currently employing a team of 32. This is supported by Data4NHS, providing one of the largest GDPR compliant email databases of Healthcare Professionals (HCP) in the UK.​

Job Description

  • Act as product owner of ad serving with experience using Campaign Manager 360
  • Traffic online advertising campaigns including but not limited to display ads
  • Monitor campaign pacing and progress for each client.
  • Help in troubleshooting online ad delivery and performance issues
  • Ensure conversion tracking and data collection is functioning properly
  • Work with the wider team to deliver goals for our clients
  • Capture and maintain all related campaign updates and progress within our designated company dashboard
  • Generate and present professional campaign delivery reports for both internal and client review
  • Help in any other advertising campaign pre-launch and post-launch tasks.
  • Act as internal point of contact for Media, Commercial, and Marketing teams
  • Provide back up support for all team members
  • Play a key role in providing feedback and recommendations to improve process and efficiencies

Qualifications

  • Prior digital experience in operation team and demonstrable experience within Ad Ops and web ad-serving technologies
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel as well as Google Sheets
  • An understanding of Looker Studio coding syntax and ability to amend code based on the dashboard criteria
  • Strong interpersonal skills and a demonstrated ability to work effectively independently in a team environment
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment to manage multiple projects simultaneously
